How I Can Help You
Testimonials
Counseling saved my life. I knew that I needed therapy for as long as I can remember. Having a history of mental illness on both sides of my family, it was imperative that I seek help. Circumstances and lack of insurance blocked me for a while, but I was determined to find the help I needed and stick with it. This journey has not been easy, but it has been worth it! Debbie’s insight, honesty, candid nature and caring spirit have kept me coming back. She makes you feel at home, but she isn’t afraid to ruffle feathers when you need it. Counseling has helped me change for the better.

Our marriage was completely broken when we came to Debbie. She didn’t fix our marriage; she taught us the tools to fix ourselves. The benefits have been life changing, both individually and as a couple. She helped us learn and practice the mindful awareness you need on a daily basis. This has become the foundation of our beautiful new relationship. We are so grateful for the guidance she has provided us!

I allowed work and other pressures to build up and take over my life until the stress landed me in the hospital. After my hospitalization, I began to work with Deb. She helped me deal with my past, set healthier boundaries, and make better decisions. I realized I was not the only one who struggled with anxiety and depression, and I began to make the changes that helped me get better. Debbie pulled me out of the deep, dark hole of depression and helped me find my way back to life. I have come a long way, and I owe it to Deb.

I have lived with clinical depression and OCD all of my adult life. I have worked with lots of therapists and have never experienced one as good as Deb Oldham. I feel the best I have in 40 years. My 27-year marriage is the best it has ever been. Debbie sincerely cares about her clients. I cannot recommend a better therapist. I feel blessed to have found her.
